Jaime Alcone is a Teacher of Embodied Divinity and Tantra. She is the founder of Sacred Shakti Yoga
Her training includes Advanced 500hour Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Wholistic Kinesiologist, and Professional Channel of Angels and Spirit Guides.
Her Yoga training's include Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal, Kids Yoga, Pranayama, Tantric and Budhist Meditation Practices, and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy. She's also certified in Buti Yoga, Deep Core Yoga, and Hot Shakti Yoga.
Jaime also has over 13 years of clinical experience in holistic and alternative medicine.
She loves being a resource for better health and healing mentally emotionally spiritually and physically. Her yoga classes and healing sessions are inspiring, fun and enlightening!
She combines her complimentary modalities to bring out the best in each student in every class. She is loving, kind, and compassionate. She lives, eats, and breathes yoga and health!
