In this 8 week program you will be DIVING DEEP into your MIND and BODY for a PERMANENT shift in the way you look, feel, and think! 
​In this deep dive into YOURSELF, you will be aligning your vibration (your energy field) and harmonizing your body with its own innate intelligence using Yoga, Meditation, Healing Techniques, and Mindful Eating! 

You choose your intention by integrating a new vibration that is aligned with the healthiest version of yourself! You can be fit, you can be healthy, vibrant, radiant, beautiful, strong, etc!

I will show you how to easily align with the vibration of YOUR CHOICE by fusing a specific yoga practice with vibrational tools to create a new cellular memory.

We will dive deep into your thoughts and relationship with food. Believe it or not, the way you feel and think about food is CREATING YOUR REALITY with food and how it interacts with your body. You will be integrating one mindful eating exercise weekly. The mindful eating immersion will change the way you eat forever. You will learn to savor every bite of your delicious meals that will be the fuel for your life!

  1. A new Weight Loss Yoga Class (weekly)
           ​The Yoga Class will focus on specific affirmations and mindfulness skills to restore harmony to the                mind, body, self love and weight. Practicing the same class 2-5 times during the week will allow the                body's harmonizing vibrations to integrate deeply into the cellular network.
  2. An hour long Weight Loss Mindfulness Deep Dive (weekly):
           During the Weight Loss Mindfulness Deep Dives you will be integrating one new mindfulness eating               habit. With this 8 week program, you will have 8 new habits that will allow you to be in complete                     harmony with your relationship to food. The 8 new mindful food habits are a game changer to your               body by changing the way you eat FOREVER. It's basically restoring your eating rhythms back to                     harmony!
