Sacred Shakti Yoga combines traditional yoga poses and philosophy with sacred priestess practices and energy healing techniques for a transformative experience every time you step onto the mat. This gentle but powerful practice helps you fully embrace your true nature.
Sacred Shakti Yoga Mystery School and Certification is an enriched yoga curriculum meant to give you ALL that you need to lead others through a sacred movement experience. The activations, messages, and channeled movement take your teaching to a whole new level. What I teach in this course is an accumulation of my 13 years as a wholistic practitioner and yoga instructor. It's essentially my life's work (so far..lol) packed into a 6 month curriculum. I will have you teaching and leading from day one so by the end of your 6 month transformative journey, you will feel confident in your ability to lead and serve from your heart in the areas of yoga, pranayama, meditation, priestess practices, tantra, channeled messages and more.

Month 2-
In month 2 of our journey, you will spend time learning traditional yoga poses and how to do them safely and correctly. We will cover Anatomy and Physiology as well as the energy bodies that each pose is associated with.
You will learn my signature Sacred Shakti warm up as well.
Its important that you learn proper alignment and safety with each pose.
Each week will build upon the next with new tools to add to your sacred toolbelt!
Month 4-
In month 4 you will dive deeply into Tantric practices. Tantric breath work, meditation, tantric touch, mantra, and tantric philosophy.
We will go more deeply into the chakras and subtle energy bodies.
Month 5
In month 5 we will learn ancient, modern, and newly channeled priestess practices. This month will be filled with ceremony and ritual honoring the elements. We will dive into priestess practices surrounding the 4 earth elements. We will learn the art of water ceremony, fire ceremony, earth ceremony, and air ceremony.
Month One-
We spend the first month learning, practicing, and connecting with our divine support system. You are connected to infinite intelligence. For many of us, this connection has been clouded, severed, or forgotten. We will spend the first month of our journey re-establishing our connection to to our own innate wisdom that is tapped into the grid of innate universal wisdom where solutions, messages, and opportunities flow abundantly.
You will learn to channel spirit guides, angels, source, god/goddess, mother earth, and more.
You will learn to channel meditations for healing and clarity for yourself and others.
You will learn to channel divine guidance for yourself and others.
You will learn to tap into your own unique intuitive gifts because learning to channel opens up all your intuitive pathways of clairvoyance, clairsentience , and clairaudient!
Month 3-
In Month 3 you will begin to fuse the channeling with the movement practice and begin to channel movement in your own signature Sacred Shakti Flow. You will learn to sense the energy of the room and channel the modalities necessary.
In month 3 we will also cover 3 specific pranayama.
Month 6
In month 6 you will perfect your teaching skills and learn different energy clearing and healing techniques that are essential to helping yourself and your students have the most transformational experience on the mat.
You will take your written and movement exams.
You will receive an authentic Sacred Shakti Yoga Certification upon completion.
Throughout the course:
Practice, practice, practice !!! - Expect to dedicate at least 30 minutes/day to your own personal Sacred Shakti Yoga Practice. Each week will build upon the last. As you receive more tools to channel meditation, breathwork, movement, and messages, YOU will want to put these tools into practice as much as possible!
